What is the quality of your hair?
The hair we carry is grade 7 hair that is double drawn. KHB Hair does not shed or tangle up, and we stand behind the quality of our hair.

What is Virgin Hair?

The term Virgin Hair refers to hair that is free of chemical process such as perms, relaxers, and dyes.

 How long does KHB Virgin Hair last?
With proper care and maintenance KHB hair can last up to 1 year. 

***IMPORTANT:

*If a weft has to be cut, please always user a weft sealer at both cut ends to prevent shedding.

Can this hair be colored?
Yes! This hair can be bleached or dyed to any color.

 *Our virgin hair is premium quality and has never been chemically treated. It can therefore handle the coloring process very well. We HIGHLY recommend consulting a Professional Colorist if you wish to color your new hair.

 
DO YOUR RESEARCH and ensure that your Professional Colorist is using a good quality dying product/technique. As low quality dye products over process and can damage the hair.

 Can KHB Virgin Hair be straightened or curled?
Of course! This is 100% Virgin Human Hair it can be treated as your own.

 How do I care for my Virgin KHB Hair? We recommend the following:

 1. Use a rich shampoo and conditioner made for dry hair

2. Comb and detangle hair before shampooing, using a shampoo comb, also known as a wide tooth comb. (Never use a wig brush or a fine tooth comb)

3. Gently shampoo the hair in one direction.

4. Support your (weft, braid or fusion) when brushing or combing your hair

5. Sleep with your hair tied up in a net, silk bonnet or scarf

DO NOT:

1. Sleep with your hair wet

2. Pile hair on top of your head to shampoo (this creates tangling)

3. Apply too much conditioner to the hair.

 
Do we accept orders placed outside of the US?
Yes

How are orders shipped?
All orders are shipped via  USPS.

Where can you ship orders?
We have the ability to ship world-wide.

However, we only ship to PayPal confirmed addresses in the case of PayPal based orders. A confirmed address is one that has been established by PayPal as belonging to the PayPal account holder. In most cases, when a buyer's credit card billing and shipping addresses are the same, the address is considered confirmed. We will not accept liability for unconfirmed addresses there will be NO EXCEPTIONS!

What happens if an item I order is sold out?
We will attempt to contact a client with information on out of stock KHB items. However, we reserve the right to partially fill orders that contain out of stock KHB products.

Can I cancel or make changes to an order?
Once an order is placed and paid for, it is immediately entered our processing program, and cannot be canceled or changed.

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with your tracking number announcing that your order has been shipped.
 
What is this store's return and exchange policy?
We want you to fall in love with your hair immediately your hair! If for any reason you need to exchange it, you need to do so within 7 days of your purchase with the original receipt. The hair must be in the original packaging and/or exactly how it was sold to you. We DO NOT provide REFUNDS AT ALL, only exchanges. Exchanges will only be accepted for merchandise, which have not been used or altered (brushed, combed, picked at, cut, or processed) in any way. We DO NOT guarantee hair that has been altered in anyway. If you are experiencing any issues with your hair it will need to be brought to Kink’ D Hair Boutique’s attention within 7 days of your purchase/received, along with proof of purchase (receipt and bundle tags). We DO NOT under any circumstances issue refunds. All sales are final. Requests must be made within 7 business days of receipt of product(s). Any exchange request after 7 business days will not be honored AT ALL.  Additionally, we do not refund shipping charges for returned orders. According to the Federal law you cannot return human hair products that have been used. We adhere to these strict policies with respect to hair returns, hygiene concerns and federal law. Please return the item in the original and resalable condition as a necessary health precaution. Note that perming, coloring, lifting or otherwise processing the hair voids ALL EXCHANGE AND REPLACEMENT guarantees .We will make every effort to match each order to your exact specifications. Our hair comes in straight, wavy and curly patterns, which mean the color, will range between a natural 1b, 2 and 613 . Please be forewarned, refunds and/or exchanges WILL NOT be issued for dissatisfaction with texture or color.

If an incorrect product was sent to you we will send you a return label for the merchandise you received. Once we have received it back we will send an immediate replacement.

 
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 4-7 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

What If I’m not available during the delivery of my KHB Hair package?
All deliveries will be sent to provided address. No exceptions. If you are not available KHB or Kink'D Hair Boutique is not liable once the package is delivered. So please make sure you are available to receive your package. KHB is not liable for stolen packages. 

 How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?
KHB checkout process is powered by both Square and PayPal, two of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web.  Security and payment fraud protection is what we stand behind when it comes to making purchases with KHB. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account. However, there is a possibility your order will be delayed if you use your bank account.
